Cowtipper is a bronzed beauty. It’s a raw milk Gouda-style cheese bathed in Yuengling Porter and aged for a minimum of 2 months.

A mild and creamy base is accentuated by the caramel hops of a good Porter. This cheese will surely jazz up a cheese board or a burger.
